Every rank tracker we tried treated keywords as a flat list. For an ecommerce site with 200,000 URLs across a four-level category tree, that’s not a tool — that’s a spreadsheet.
So we rebuilt the data model around how a large site actually thinks: page → category → keywords-that-target-it. Then every report, every chart, every filter on top of it. The 4-level taxonomy (PageType + PrimaryCategory + 3 sub-categories) is baked into every view; you can drill from “all of site” → “Shoes” → “Nike” → “Running” → individual PDP without ever touching a tag.
We also rebuilt the workflows. Cannibalization isn’t a read-only report — it’s an issue tracker with statuses, resolution actions, audit log, and a “still detected after marking resolved” flag. SEO experiments aren’t a page-speed-test bolt-on — they’re first-class, with auto-suggested control groups and per-variant baselines. AI Overview tracking and citation analytics aren’t afterthoughts — they’re top-level navigation.
And we kept the methodology transparent. CTR-weighted Share of Voice is a single, documented formula on the platform; movers are sorted by traffic impact, not raw position delta; opportunities are framed as “SoV gap if at position 1”, not vague “easy wins.” If a CFO asks where the number came from, you have an answer.
