BrightEdge bundles content optimization (ContentIQ), AI content generation (Stories), DataMind, and rank tracking under one platform with enterprise CSM + implementation services. Some is real value; some is enterprise-sales premium. If you're paying $127K/yr median but using primarily the rank-tracking + SoV + AIO surface, the bundle is over-priced for your actual usage.

Will my BrightEdge data transfer?

Keyword lists transfer via CSV in <30 minutes. Historical position data doesn't transfer between any rank trackers. Plan for a 60-day overlap during which both tools run. Common pattern: keep BrightEdge until renewal date, run Scale in parallel for 60 days, present the cost/output comparison to your CMO.

What about BrightEdge's content workflows?

We don't replace ContentIQ.
