Privacy Policy

Account information you provide (name, email, billing details processed by Stripe), the SEO project data you upload (domains, keywords, target URLs, categories, competitors), and standard service logs (IP, user-agent, request paths, timestamps) used for security and debugging.

To provide the service: fetch SERP data, compute rankings, run scheduled jobs, send transactional emails, and authenticate you. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your project data to train third-party AI models.

We use a small set of named sub-processors for SERP data, billing (Stripe), transactional email (Postmark or SES), and our hosting provider for compute and storage. A current list is available on request.

SERP and ranking history is retained according to your plan’s retention window. Billing records are retained for the period required by tax law in our jurisdiction. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure on request.

You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from inside the app, or by emailing us. EU/UK users have GDPR rights including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and a privacy-respecting analytics cookie. We do not use advertising trackers.
