Per-keyword × per-client billing breaks at agency scale.
SERPVoyager prices by tier, not by keyword. Your cap pools across every client project, daily mobile refresh runs on all of them, and a Viewer login for the client is just another role on the same plan. Stop choosing which client gets daily tracking this month.

Four things every per-keyword tracker gets wrong for agencies.
Pick the one you’ve been spreadsheet-ing around.
The per-keyword bill grows linearly. Your retainer doesn’t.
One cap, every client project. Move keywords from a client whose retainer ended to one that just expanded scope — no billing event.
Tuesday morning across 12 clients without 12 tabs.
A sidebar switcher with per-project state, refresh status, and last-night alerts — not a stack of browser windows.
Junior AMs need edit. Strategists need everything. The client just needs view.
- Owner→you
- Admin→senior strategist
- Editor→junior account manager
- Viewer→the client
Per-project RBAC with four roles. Permissions scoped to the client they work on, no all-or-nothing workspace admin.
Show the client the line went up because you got to work.
Daily SoV with a date the work shipped — not a quarterly screenshot. Movers ranked by traffic impact, not raw position deltas.
What Tuesday morning looks like across twelve client projects.
One crawl, one sidebar, three clients that need you. The other nine, your team can leave alone.

The sidebar ranks who needs you first. Open only the projects with alerts; the quiet nine don’t need to be opened today.
Switching project doesn’t reset filters you’ve set per client. Each project has its own URL tree, competitor set, and shipped config.
Same daily crawl, same feature set, same plan price whether you have 4 clients or 24. Plans scale by tier, not by metered usage.
Invite the client as a Viewer on their project. They see the same numbers you present in the QBR (caveat: they need an existing account today — magic-link signup is on v2).
How the agency math compares to a per-keyword tracker.
Six rows. The ones that decide whether adding a client makes the retainer more profitable or less.
Four questions every agency principal asks before trial.
Does the keyword cap really pool across every client project?
Yes. Plan enforcement sums your active keywords across every project you’re a member on, against your tier cap — not per-project quotas. Business is 2,500 keywords pooled across up to 25 client projects; Enterprise is 5,000 across unlimited projects. Move 200 keywords from a wound-down client to a freshly expanded one and the cap doesn’t budge.
Can I give my client read-only access to their project?
Yes — the Viewer role on the relevant project, no per-seat surcharge. Honest caveat: the client needs an existing account first. There’s no magic-link “invite by email, they sign up automatically” flow shipped today (it’s on the v2 list). For now: they sign up, you invite the email as Viewer, they see only that project.
Is there white-label or branded PDF reporting?
Not today. PDF export, custom report domains, and logo-on-every-screen white-label aren’t shipped yet. What works in client QBRs right now: the SoV-over-time, Movers, and Cannibalization screens screenshot and screen-share cleanly. If branded PDF is a buy-blocker, raise it in your trial — it’s the question we hear most, and the loudest customer voice moves it up the roadmap.
Pro or Business for a 10–15 client agency?
Pro caps at 10 projects and 1,000 keywords. A 12-client agency at ~150 keywords each is already over Pro on both axes. Business at 2,500 keywords across 25 projects, 10 team seats, 24-month retention is the tier our pricing page calls out for agencies. If you’re sizing for growth past 25 clients, that’s the Enterprise conversation.
