What counts as a tracked keyword?
A keyword is any unique (term + location + language + device) tuple you track in a project. Tracking the same term in US-desktop and UK-mobile counts as two keywords.
How often is data refreshed?
All paid plans include daily SERP refreshes for every tracked keyword. Manual on-demand refreshes are available for smaller subsets when you need them mid-day.
Do you have a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. All features unlocked. After the trial you pick a plan or your project pauses; your data is retained.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade and the difference is prorated. Downgrade and the new tier kicks in at the next billing period; the new retention window applies from the start of the next cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing is 15% off across Starter, Professional, Business, and Enterprise; 20% off on Scale.
What about agencies and enterprise?
Agencies are well-served by Business and Enterprise. The Enterprise plan adds unlimited projects, unlimited team members, 36 months of retention, and a dedicated account manager. For 15,000+ keywords or custom security requirements, the Scale tier is available on a demo-only basis.
Can I export my data?
Yes. CSV and JSON exports per project. A documented public API is on the Q3 2026 roadmap.
Where is data hosted?
EU-hosted PostgreSQL with daily backups. SOC2 certification in progress, targeting Q3 2026.
